Sometimes it helps to see a place before deciding whether it's right for you.

The Hub Drop-In is a free, informal opportunity to come and have a look around The Children’s Psychology Hub and meet Zara O’Brien, psychotherapist.

You can see where therapy takes place, explore the spaces used for children's and young people's groups, browse our resources and find out more about what's available through the Hub.

You can also ask questions, talk through what you're looking for, find out about upcoming groups and workshops, or simply come along and get a feel for the space.

You don't need a referral and you don't need to know exactly what you're looking for.
