Mindfulness & grounding

Traditional 'sit still and breathe' mindfulness doesn't work for every child. These resources ground children through the senses and through doing — noticing, touching, moving, exploring — so calm becomes something they reach through their body, not just their mind. Especially good for active children, anxious children, and anyone who finds stillness difficult.

Explore psychology-informed mindfulness and grounding resources for children and young people, including worksheets, activities and practical tools using the senses, movement and mindful attention to support calm and coping. Designed for use at home, in schools and in therapy.
