The Worry Time Worksheet is a printable A4 resource that helps children take control of anxious thoughts by giving worries a dedicated time and space each day. Using a playful clock design, children write or draw their worries during a short “Worry Time” (5–10 minutes) and decide which worries they can solve and which to let go.
