The Forget-Me-Not Bouquet is a special printable A4 craft designed to help children honour and remember people or happy times that are important to them. Forget-me-nots are beautiful flowers that help us remember the people or happy times we hold in our hearts, especially when we miss them.
 
This simple, hands-on activity supports emotional regulation and connection. The child decorates their bouquet with colours and patterns they like, cuts it out, and writes a memory inside a heart, creating a 3D "forever bouquet" to keep their special memories close.
